SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – FIELD SALES (CROCHET PRODUCTS)

Job Summary

BLOOMING LOOPS™ is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives – Field Sales to expand our handmade crochet product business across key cities and states in India. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, onboarding retailers/distributors, promoting products, building relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate B2B and retail sales for Blooming Loops crochet products.
  • Visit local markets, gift shops, fashion stores, boutiques, cosmetic shops, handicraft stores, and lifestyle outlets.
  • Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and resellers.
  • Promote handmade crochet products, accessories, flowers, keychains, hair accessories, parandi, and gifting items.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer and distributor relationships.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Collect orders, maintain follow-ups, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support product promotions, exhibitions, and local sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth deliveries.
  • Collect advance payments and ensure proper payment tracking.
  • Provide daily field visit reports and sales updates to management.
  • Expand Blooming Loops brand visibility in assigned territory.

Eligibility
